Why should I have my carpets cleaned?

The life of your carpet can be greatly extended by simple routine professional cleaning, and it is more hygienic if it has been deep-cleaned by a professional.

And of course, it looks so much better. A clean carpet sets off the furniture and accessories in the home.

Should I have my furniture cleaned?

Yes, for the same reasons as having your carpet cleaned, plus the fact that regular professional cleaning will protect you investment by extending the useful life of your furniture.

We recommend that you have your upholstery cleaned once a year.

Do you move furniture?

We will move small furniture and put it back in its original position when we are finished. We will not move pianos, large beds, grandfather clocks, most full bookshelves, entertainment centers and other heavy items. We can discuss in advance how to deal with these if they are going to cause a problem.

How long will it take for my carpet or furniture to dry?

It usually takes 8 to 10 hours for the treated areas to dry, depending on the amount of soiling in the carpet and the type of carpet being treated.

How long before I can walk on my carpet?

You can walk on your carpet immediately but it is recommended that you limit traffic until it is completely dry, and obviously do not wear outdoor shoes.

Are the products you use safe?

Yes, all of our products are nontoxic and safe for pets and children. We use only the highest quality chemicals and thoroughly rinse them from your carpet when we are finished. So all you are left with is moist carpet that will be residue free and dry in 8-10 hours.

Will all of the stains come out?

It is not possible to tell without inspecting the stain because it depends on the nature of the soiling and whether it has penetrated the fibers. Some stains may be very difficult or impossible to remove, but we will tell you about those before we start cleaning.

Should I have a fabric protector applied after cleaning?

Yes, we recommend that you apply a fabric protector after cleaning to restore the original resistance to stains.

How often should I have my carpets cleaned?

We recommend having your carpets cleaned professionally every 6 months. When you see your carpet is dirty you have waited too long! Regular cleaning also helps keep the carpets under warranty.

My carpet is old, should I replace it?

We recommend that you try having the carpet professionally cleaned first. It is far less expensive and it may improve the carpet enough to delay its replacement.
